Name: Grateful Heart Yoga with the Goats and Pigs of GHASi - LAST CLASS OF THE YEAR!
Date: November 28, 2020
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
Event Description:

This will be our last Goat and Pig Yoga Class for the year and will be guided by Founder of Grateful Heart Animal Sanctuary, Julie Sifter.

Come Experience Grateful Heart Yoga while GHASi's 13 goats and 7 pigs roam around you as you practice!

Enjoy an all levels very gentle yoga class guided by Founder Julie Sifter.  Back in early 2017 while searching for purpose in her life,  Julie completed 2 modules of Yoga Teacher Training thinking that perhaps teaching Yoga was going to be her path in life.  She realized that although she enjoyed practicing yoga herself, teaching was not for her.  She lacked the passion and self confidence needed to continue completion of the 4 module training but has continued to practice on and off since then.  For the last Grateful Heart Yoga class of 2020 Julie has decided to embrace her vulnerability and "put herself out there" by guiding our last yoga class of the year out of gratitude and thanks for the purpose, path and calling she was guided to in the realization of Grateful Heart Animal Sanctuary.  Serving the community and others is an essential part of her purpose and this is just another way she wishes to extend herself to others.  Grateful Heart Animal Sanctuary, "People Helping Animals. Animals Healing People".

This class is suitable for ages 5 and up.  No need to have Yoga experience just bring a beach towel or an older yoga mat and an open heart and come enjoy the beauty that is Grateful Heart Animal Sanctuary.  Face masks are optional as you will be in an outdoor open space with lots of room for social distancing.

Tickets to reserve your space are available for a minimum donation of $10.00 per person.   All donations go towards feeding and caring for the animals we have rescued thus far, allow us to help rescue more animals in the future and work toward our goals of having programs for people with special needs, our veterans, the elderly, people with PTSD, those that are lonely or depressed as well as educational programs for children.  We strive to be of service to our community.

Grateful Heart Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and we are run 100% by our dedicated and generous of the heart volunteers.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to class so you can sign a waiver and get yourself situated before the class begins. We will have some time after class to interact with the goats and pigs, take pictures and walk around the sanctuary to see the other animals.

Mountain weather can change suddenly.  Winter is approaching and it can get very cold, please be prepared and dress accordingly.

If the weather is poor and we have to cancel a class it will be posted on the Grateful Heart Animal Sanctuary Facebook page, or you can give us a call at 909-979-9333.  We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

You will be driving on about a mile of dirt roads so please allow time for that as the speed limit out here is 15 mph.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.  Entrance gate will be closed once class has started.
