Customer Service Trainings For Business

Recent polling of guests to Big Bear indicate that our businesses and residents could step up their customer service skills to increase business sales, develop customer loyalty, and return Big Bear to the friendly, welcoming community it always has been. 

These six evening 2-hour workshops are for business owners, managers and employees. Each of the six workshops will focus on various aspects of customer service, what is it, why is it important, how to make improvements, and tips for developing loyal customers.  Part-lecture, part hands-on format.

You may register for all six (6) or choose the workshop(s) you wish to attend.  A minimum of 25 pre-registered students is required or the workshop(s) will be cancelled.
