1st Annual Sugarloaf Community Christmas Tree Lighting
Join us for caroling with local Scout Troop #49 & a visit from Santa.
Sugarloaf Property Owners Association (SPOA) is dedicated to creating a sense of community and beginning this year, we will hold our own Christmas tree lighting ceremony for Sugarloaf and east valley residents to kick-off the holiday season. Unfortunately, there was no suitable tree in the common area of our community to designate as our Christmas tree. SPOA purchased a new tree, with the help of generous donations of community members, which has been planted in the center of Sugarloaf Park and will now be used for this annual tradition. The tree will be maintained by the parks department going forward. The firefighters of Station 283 have volunteered to provide ground support and assistance with decorating the tree.
