Local Candidates Forum

The Big Bear Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend the 2026 Local Candidates Forum on Thursday, September 24th at 5:00 p.m. at Destination Big Bear.

Hear directly from candidates seeking to represent local boards and agencies throughout the Big Bear Valley. The moderated Forum will give community members an opportunity to learn more about the candidates, where they stand on local issues, and the decisions that could affect our community.

Candidates will respond to questions prepared by the Forum Committee and moderator, along with questions submitted in advance by Chamber members.

The Forum is free and open to the public. Light refreshments and light fare will be served.

Registration is requested to help us plan appropriately for seating and refreshments. Please click the Register button to let us know you’ll be attending.

A virtual viewing option will also be available, and the Forum will be recorded. Access information will be posted on the Chamber’s website prior to the event.
