    Breakthrough Task Force of Rim Family Services provides drug and alcohol prevention services to the Big Bear Valley. We have a focus on environmental strategies which incorporate prevention efforts aimed at changing or influencing community conditions, standards, institutions, structures, systems and policies. We also provide technical assistance to the Breakthrough Task Force, our local coalition whose mission is to reduce underage access and use of alcohol and other drugs.
